Virtual Placement, work at home, telecommuting, telework – whatever you want to call it – is a growing trend. With the federal government’s passing of the Telework Act Telework is beginning to receive more attention than it has in the past. The reasons for a company to initiate a telework program are many. They range from lowering turnover to increasing productivity to decreasing operation costs. Employees are lowering tension, finding more job satisfaction and decreasing personal costs. On top of all that companies are beginning to onshore jobs as telework proves out to be a cost effective solution that’s better for the customer.

I have launched this blog to keep a record of the information I find out there the helps me and hopefully you understand how to successfully launch and manage telework programs.
